"Terrible customer service. I have been with State Farm without disruption for 28 years and with this office for 18 years. When you call for any reason they say "we will call you back" Never happens. I called on Tuesaday 9/16 to add motorcycle insurance and they said Audrey would call me back that day. Audrey never called. I called today 9/25 at 1pm and again was told I will get a call back. It's 7pm and no call. I was told that she called on 9/23. No voicemail and no missed calls on the 23rd. If so, a week later ! All of this is unacceptable and nearly shameful. If you are desiring to go with State Farm stay away from this agent. I am switching agents on my next day off."
