"Incredible customer service! On Wednesday before Thanksgiving I received a call from my wife informing me that a rock from a truck caused a crack in the windshield while she was driving to GA. I called my agent's office to get an idea of the process for getting the crack fixed. A young lady named Jamella answered the phone, and not only did she give very clear instructions on what the process would entail, but she also initiated the claim and contacted the repair shop to get everything in place. She went well beyond what I was expecting. She was so polite, fun-loving and engaging that we even shared laughs about our Thanksgiving eating plans. Jamella took what could have been a very stressful situation and turned it into a wonderful experience. Everything was set up just like she said and the windshield was repaired the Friday after Thanksgiving. Jamella proved to be much more than "a good neighbor" to me."

"I just had the pleasure of speaking with Terell Clermont. I had multiple questions regarding my auto and home policies. He answered them in full and alerted me to a discount that I was not receiving and was possibly entitled to. He submitted a request for a partial refund on my last years premium.
