"I just had the pleasure of speaking with Terell Clermont. I had multiple questions regarding my auto and home policies. He answered them in full and alerted me to a discount that I was not receiving and was possibly entitled to. He submitted a request for a partial refund on my last years premium. That action showed integrity, honesty, and really shows me what a great agent he is and truly working on my behalf. I can not recommend Terell enough."
